Maciej Chmura was born in Cwikow Poland December 24, 1865 of Martin Chmura and Catherine ( Unknown ). Maryanna Kotlarz was born in Poland September 15, 1869 of Augustyn Kotlarz and Sophia Stelmanowski. Their union bore 7 children Stanley ( Bessie ), John Chmura ( Agnes Tragarz ), Sophia ( Walter Pudelek), Ignacy (Maria Kotlarz), Joseph ( Frances Ezop ), Franciszek (Frank) (Julianna Woznicki), Mary ( Michael Kroll ).

Maciej and Marjanna visited Europe(Poland) someome late 1906. They returned along with their children who had accompanied them( Ignatcz, Stanislaus, Zofia and Marja. Thie event is documented by ship manisfest.
